Quick story. One of my colleagues and I were chatting about our room setups. I mentioned that since I have an extra computer, I put that on my podium so I could have really easy access to my presentations and videos.
He replied that he had tried the same thing, but he got tired of having to move his Powerpoints from one computer to the other. I mentioned that I use Google Presentations (or upload Powerpoints to Docs), so it was always available there with my internet connection.
He wrinkled his brow and shook it off. Too complicated. Not interested.
I am frustrated more people don’t think of using Google Presentation, or any related product as being a smart move. Microsoft even has the same stuff online-based.
I guess old habits are hard to break…
